Bass, and im working on learning an upright.. I play a lot of different types of music.. trying to start up a sublime type band, cause everyone else in arizona seems to want to play fucking metal.. Metal is fun to play, but it gets boring when everyone plays it.

ive always found the trips to be better when you smoke a few bowls of dank before the salvia though.. still get crazy trips, but you almost go into an out of body experience.

oh, just read that its only the leaves.. i wouldn't even bother with that.. goto you local headshop and buy like 20x extract.. its kind of expensive, but hey, its quick little trip that is nice to put in your book of trips.

to be honest with you.. if you smoke a bowl of it and don't feel anything, then your doing it wrong.. Its quite different than how you smoke weed. First of all, get a bong, and a torch ligher. i used a half-bowl, but you can do a full one it doesnt matter... anyways, light it, but don't take the flame off of it like you can with weed. You must have the flame on it till it sucks through or is cached. Then inhale and hold till you feel the effects, or till you think you should let it out.. but hold it for as long as you can. Thats the best way to do it with the best effects.

Whats that have to do with playing bass? Yes, i will agree that a nice guitar will probably sound nice on a lot of amps, but, a lot of amps that don't cost much money, usually means that its not that powerful. Therefore, no matter how good it sounds, if you don't have much power, no one is going to be able to hear it... Its the same with bass... I love the tone out of all of my basses, and finally found a nice amp that has the power i want, and the tone. I started the arguement that Behringer sucks, and is basically a nock-off of a different product already created. Plus ive read lots of things about the company such as that the products are poorly put together, and have many issues with them. But if its just for practice or something, im sure its fine, but i think a half-stack would be over kill... But anyways, your gonna need power to be heard, even if the tone is nice.

You could have the nicest guitar in the world, but its not gonna matter if no one can hear you... Thats why you want the amp more then the guitar. Plus you can make the tone so much more enhanced with a nice amp, than you can with a nice guitar.. You also don't have to worry about much damage to a nice amp, than you do with a nice guitar.

Also bands that have the bass appreciated are: Rush Primus Red Hot Chilli Peppers Megadeth older Metallica Thats just to name a few... there are still lots of people who appreciate the bass, and its not even in the funk genre.

I actully have 4 different basses. The one i defretted was an Ibanez GSR200. I didnt like the way it played, and a lot of the frets buzzed, so i wanted to make it a fretless, because for one, i wanted a fretless, and didnt have the money, and for two, i got this bass to use for school, but never reeally used it anyways. Im not compeletly done with that bass, but i have other basses to play while im working on that one. The other basses i have are these: Schecter Diamond Series Custom-4 Peavey Fury 6 and Peavey Milennium USA made bass(which i got for an increadible price of $400) I love all of my basses, but i always have the urge to get more, but first i will need to get a job for money... As far as amps go, i have: Ampeg BA115 100watt combo amp *Use this for practicing and Eden Nemesis NC410 320watt combo amp with an Eden Nemesis 4x10" cabinet for an extension cabinet. *This is my giging rig, and it is insane. Supposedly can shake houses from seven houses down... according to the cops that made us turn it down at 4pm. Bass is more than a hobby for me.. Hopefully it will become my full time job.

Bass strings are like $10 or more a string, depending on the quality... I have to buy a new set of strings, cause i just defretted one of my basses, but i dont have the money to go buy the set... i find my self to spend the money on other stuff. Anyways, yes, guitar strings are very cheap... ive even found deals like 10 packs of strings for $10.. which i would love if they were for bass. Bass is just an expensive hobby, but extremely fun.

Man, you have no idea... bass does not get boring... your just playing the wrong stuff. You got to explore more, like people like, Geddy Lee, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, just some examples... you got to play like the good people. If you think its boring, it means you pretty much have given up.

the netsend is easy.... if you have control of the cmd, go there, and type "net send ""computer name/student id"" """message""" " with out the quotes. Or you can send it to every computer by replacing the computer name with a *. If you dont have access to cmd, well then try to get access of command.com. If your school is using Novell, then your in luck. What you do is open a text document, and inside type start cmd.exe. Then save it as a .bat file, and run. If it doesnt open up, it means that its probably restricted, and if thats the case, just edit the .bat file to start command.com. If that still doesnt work, edit the bat to say start gpedit.msc. This is the thing used to change user rights, and since everyone is a Admin, you get to choose what you want to do with that..... Novell has to let you run scripts, so if you know a lot about scripting with windows... give some a try, and more than likely they will work, and if not, change your user rights.....
