Is it possible to download a server.cfg file to find rcon passwords just by downloading a lot of server.cfgs from dc++ or in some similiar way? Or do you have any better way to do it?

I just downloaded it from liveforspeed.net, and got myself an account, but i cant play online, just gives away the message "master server couldnt be found" or something. Do you have to buy the game to be able to play online? I just want to be able to rage people as fast as possible without any hassle about searching 90% of hte intarnet for an "unlocker" or some crack.
