Well, the path to the hands/gloves materials and textures is \Steam\steamapps\name\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\weapons\v_models\hands\ so you will have to see yourself where to put the folder or file(s) you got. If you don't have any of the directories above then simply create it. I just assume you're talking about Counter-Strike: Source.
