full rcon is not accessing the server manually like d0wn means, he means full root access to the server, its a dumb idea, all that the preson has to do is contact his server supplier and say hey someones changed my password, please manually reset it and email me the new pass. and if the person is hosting the server themself then they can just edit the server.cfg and change the password.... this has to be one of the dumbest ideas ive heard in a while. oh and on another note by default sv_cheats 1 is not on, and the server will be set to its last options as defined in the server config file *edit* noticed somthing else dumb, yes of course its illegal doing this, you have gained unauthorised access to the server, then its bribery
