You only want anonymous proxies, after you've scanned your whole list then copy/save each anon one into a txt file, copy one of them. Get the firefox extension switchproxy, when its installed click add on the new toolbar, standard proxy, copy your proxy into the HTTP proxy box. If it's 67.160.196.132:32167 cut the port and leave it like 67.160.196.132, in the port box put 32167. There, you're good to go. http://www.whatismyip.com check if it's anon. The proxy you do might not work. So keep trying until you get a good/fast one..
