I want to add the fact that im thinking of using my current VGA (7900gt XFX) for my gf's PC which im building for a Bday/Christmas gift. So i need a card a that can run Photoshop, and maybe low to mid range games. I dont want to spend 60 to 100$ on a card for her if it wont do any of that. I thought i could buy the 8800 for myself and just give her the 7900 but i think it would just go to waste.

Im at almost 2 years with mine and i got her a Valentines gift since we started dating on February 6 so the 1 month thing was kinda luck. And all i got her was a dancing frog thing from Wallie World. About 15$. Honestly, i wouldn't spend more than 20 - 40$ on this. Maybe have flowers or chocolates delivered to her. (not sure how much that is though) Or just a nice dinner and a movie. The best thing about new relationships is that it doesnt take a whole lot to please the other person, because the relationship is still new and still exciting. Shit, i just got my gf a dozen roses the other day. No anniversary or special occasion and i just got a "Thank You" :O_o:

Anyone have any info on when the new series might come out? Or are they going to put out maybe a new 8 series card anytime soon? I doubt they will but doesnt hurt asking. All ive seen so far is just speculation and bullshit about a 9800 card being released in November. Pfft! Im just curious because i want to get an 8800 soon. But everytime i upgrade i just so happen to do it about 1 month before they come out a new CPU, or Ram, or VGA so it pisses me off that i spend 300$ on a Video card only to see a month later its 150$.

I just did a quick glance and saw these 2, The BlueG is about 50$ more than the X fi after the X fi rebate but the BlueG has 192khz and the X fi has 96khz. I have no clue what that means. Which one would be best?
