Its a good idea and a bad one at the same time. I almost joined but im kinda glad i didnt. Depends on you mostly. Do you mind being commited to the Army for the next 8 years? In America if you join you're pretty much theirs for 8 years. My friend who is in the reserves now has to go to a training camp once a month until his contract is up. Almost 5 more years. Just read the fine print and ask alot of questions. Those recruiters (some of them) will say any fucking thing to get you to join.

No liscense will probably get a huge ticket and the car you're driving towed unless someone can come get it.

I already ordered Nightmare Creatures. And when you say i might want them are they just recommendations or games you have for sale? If so i would buy all the Turoks and all the Resident Evils. Maybe even the Nightmare Creatures since i got the one for 64. Hell even Alone now that i see it. Already have it. Im wanting the actual systems and games. Roms are awesome but its not the same.

That sucks about the Plasma. Im definately going with an Lcd. Im going to a different city tomorrow and if the CC there doesnt have anything better im going with the Toshiba 42" Lcd 1080p. About 1390$ with tax.

I was thinking about it but the bulbs are over 100$ and to have someone put it in would be another 100$ (i would do it but i would just fuck something up) plus all the reviews for that tv were all bad. I read quite a few and didnt find one good thing said about it. Plus its 5 years old and time for a new one.

I went to Circuit and Best Buy today looking around. They both had decent deals. Circuit had a bad ass Mistubishi 65" DLP 1080p for a little under 1700$.LINK The only other one i found i liked was a 42" Toshiba. LINK Im leaning towards a 42" now that ive looked at them and it seems about the perfect size for what im looking for.

BAN!!! No but that scared the shit out of me. It popped 3 times so do they have 3 bulbs? Its just weird that i get that Dvd player and this happens. Ill probably get a half decent power strip just to be safe. Oh well i get a new tv. YAY!

HOLY SHIT! So im sitting here at my PC watching There will be Blood, and all of a sudden POP POP POP like firecrackers are going off and i look at my TV real quick and see little flickers of light where the speakers are behind the little mesh covering. So im guessing my Tv is totally fucked now. But what do you think would do that? I just got a new Surround Sound system with a dvd player. But would that do that? Or maybe the surge protector?
