If you can be a little more specific someone can probably help you,. what type of router do you have? are you using a wireless card or a usb adapter? also did you go online to the router home page and sync the router and card or adapter? it is not that hard to figure out, if you take your time and READ the directions you'll get it, usually the problem is something very small you forgot to do, have you tried shutting everything down, dsl modem, router then comp and restarting? it sounds like you just have to adjust your networking/connection settings.
