just install beast and when they are away from comp, log them out, they will have to type it in again, in which case you keylog it, or delete some files so steam wont work and they have to reinstall, casuing them to have to type in password again.

you could try a webproxy, or you could try connecting to the ip rather than hostname. or right click on a link you wanna see and save target as... and open it up locally
