Yea very true, but now no one harrases the very popular personal webpage service any more, I think you guys should promote the new forum for that. So even though passwords and logins are free it is no good. GOTO this site for more that now & spread the word every where on here http://www.massive-mapping.com/

flavor of linux
I dont use linux as a desktop, and my redhat 6.2 is still running fine as my server. I am use to manualy making my own kernels and I am just use to the 'redhat' file system and configuration names. Its my belife that the newer operating systems like fedora, are setup so that a new user feals like they can acomplish alot, then again, they are probly all the same, with thier auto update services, you rarely have to know or do much to get things setup, or care about efficency /w todays computing power. FYI, i belive fedora competes with genatoo, via thier application called "yum", however the down side is that i was never able to make my own 'kernel' from scratch.... although that may have changed /w the lateist version of fedora core.

I would go with fedora http://fedora.redhat.com/ If you would like a further explanation, say so.
