In 1.6 you just add a quotation mark after your name on the friends list. You name should appear like this: Player" As far as I know, you can't do any such thing in Source.

Binds work like this: bind "key" "command1; command2" You generally only need to add 1-3 waits, based on what you're doing, obviously. Also, the 'wait' command is influenced by your FPS. It works in the sense that, however many frames per second (FPS) you get, that's how many waits it takes to equal one second. However, your FPS can fluctuate at any given time so this rule isn't set in stone (In my case anyway). I can go into greater detail on when and where to use waits if you want. Also, is this for Source or 1.6 so I know how to write my examples. (I'm assuming Source)

As far as I know there are no other (well known) voice annoy programs. There's only one in the archive, by the way, is HLSS. Also, I don't believe you can play more than one file at a time unless you do it manually (IE: Select the three songs and layer them in an audio editing program).

Raging in Source relies more upon repetitive noises, rude comments, and all around being an ass. Spamming the Radio, Text, Flashlight, Sprays (If the server permits), or guns are all viable options. While not having as many options as Source, it's still entirely possible to rage. Also, can't forget cheating. That's a given for some (But not all). I'm probably making myself sound like an ass though, considering that there probably are configs I'm not aware of.

No, you can't really do anything as advanced as spawning exploding barrels, or anything of the like in 1.6. The only thing I can think of is spawning gibs on an sv_cheats 1 server. I wish I could remember something though... Also, entities do 'talk' to each other in one way or another cloud. However, you can't really do anything with said entities. I can't really explain it however, I'll try to get back to you with a better answer later.
