Coke is not a good idea with dxm because uppers and downers together aren't good (fucks with your heart rate). But E and DXM? You gotta be kidding me. NO NO, mixing 2 drugs that both greatly affect your seratonin is a BAD COMBO. Dxm + E is almost a sure way to get seratonin syndrome. Also you can't mix opiates and dxm i can't remember why but another bad combo. With dxm stick to weed, alcohol, nitrous (really fucking fun), maybe shrooms etc.
