There's a simple little tool for Windows that let's you do that same thing called windows media recorder. kay, just went in to the command prompt, it is ping ip then -l for how big the packets are, -n for how many you wanna send. So, ping (ip) -l 100 -n 20 for example (without quotes). But can you really do anything with that? I dont really think you can lag a server or anything with packets, tho i maybe wrong. Any1 know?
