It's not possible to do like it is with the smoke grenade. You need to use a hack like coconuT. Well, actually it might be possible still. Though, you will need to use a consistency bypass hack to bypass the consistency check on the flashbang materials. I'll try to find the edited materials and post back.

Steam is currently having technical issues, which are affecting Cafe accounts. Also, the Steam Friends network is down and I believe VAC is too.

Try freesteam.org for a client with public Cafe accounts.
