the deathmatch servers i play on are team deathmatch. also, on a Knifing server, someone was constantly switching between a T and a CT skin, while he was alive. i assume this is a skin hack?

alright so i was playing 1.6 tonight on a Deathmatch server, and i saw a t with a CT skin. now, this is different than the "respawn" when your a spectator glitch, as he was actually on the T team and getting kills and deaths. anyone know how to do this?
