ok. i had this problem on a friend's laptop. i've fixed it before. but the problem is not the router, or the wireless card. the problem is WINDOWS. to find out, do this: go start->run type "cmd" then type "ping www.myg0t.com" in the command prompt if it pings myg0t, then you are connected and the problem is windows/IE if you do NOT ping myg0t.com then your router is b0rk3d
