You need the three CLI.exe's They're both a different part of the Catalyst driver.. Edit: If you don't use it, you can stop atievxx.exe (or whatever it is). It's the ATi hotkey poller for if you want to set custom keyboard commands for the Catalyst Control Center, anyway you can disable it from within the CCC or disable it from starting at all by going to Start\Run typing services.msc and pressing ok. Find ATi Hotkey Poller, right click it and set it to disabled..
