You don't need hacks in order to rage. Hacks are merely an auxilliary tool for those who are too dumb to utilize other methods, such as HLSS, glitches, and exploits effectively.

Yes you need a registered version to get sound on GameCam. Maybe there is a full version of it somewhere on torrent sites or something like that. But I still find Fraps way better than GameCam.

Find another server... Or, if you are that desperate, just shell out some money and register another account.

Who is your ISP? Maybe you can sign up for another ISP that would give you a dynamic IP address. Perhaps you can call them up and beg for them to give you a dynamic IP. They'll probably be happy, as dynamic IPs are often given out to stop people who set up servers at home.

You can't really help that, unfortunately. Try rejoining the server. The entire premise of the name-stealing trick is to frame someone for mic-spamming when they really haven't. You may or may not be muted.
