Hi, i have cs 1.6 on my laptop and i've played it for awhile, and i get mad fps drops sometimes, especially if someone uses a flashlight. I think it may be due to r_Dynamic. Except it's forced to 1. Anyone know how I can unlock? and maybe some other cvars for fps?
