It worked for me, i layed down in my bed.. turned the mp3 on my headphones. I was expirencing a rather 'longer' lucid dream about having sex with my girl friends mom. It was the best and it gave me great inspiration to how i can get her into bed irl. Then when i was done dreaming and the mp3 file was over.
