^^^ Excellent point that I forgot to mention. So many people self-defeat themselves. I am currently working as a recruiter's assistant until my shit goes through officially in Dec. So many of our poolees start bitching when we even mention what we are going to be doing for PT. They defeat themselves mentally before they even start. That kind of attitude will hurt you so much in everything you do in life. You have lost the battle before you even start because of that "I can't do that" attitude. The same thing goes for pulling chicks. Personally I am not one for the cocky behavior.(although I too have seen it work.) But confidence in yourself is essential in everything you do in life. If you see a cutie and think to yourself "she is out of my league", then you have already lost. Even if it turns out that it is something you can't do, if you go into it thinking "I can't do this" then you have already lost and there is no way you will be able to do it. In every situation in your life, go into it thinking "I've got this down. I can do it!" Give 100% in everything you do in life(including getting chicks). There is no such thing as giving 110%. You either do it, or you don't. If you start off with a self-defeating attitude, then of course you will never be able to do it. Stay Classy.

I think it isn't a direct cause of the depression at all. I think that the needs behind the cyber sex are causing the depression. If you are having such a hard time finding a chick that you are forced to resort to masturbating while sitting in front of your computer typing messages to people, then of course you are going to be despressed. The solution is quite simple. Every other day do 150 push-ups.(do as many sets as it takes, but make sure you have done all 150 before going to sleep.) Everyday, do as many crunches as you can. When watching TV, every time the advertisements come on, jump down to the floor and do crunches/push-ups until your show is back on. On the alternate days that you are not doing push-ups, do as many pull-ups as you can. Then at the end of the day take the number of pull-ups you did before, divide by 2 and then add 2, and do that many.(if you need to, bend your knees so your feet are up behind you, and have a buddy hold them so you can push down with your legs to help you get all of them done.) Run every other day. It doesn't take much, just do a couple of miles. Then once a week push yourself hard and do a 5 to 7 mile run, or do a swimming day.(swimming can be substituted for any run day to help mix things up and keep it fun.) Then go to the store and buy some good mouthwash.(no chicks like nasty breath. Also buy a good razor and shave EVERY DAY. Then buy yourself some new shoes and learn to KEEP THEM CLEAN. Then buy yourself some nice shirts and trousers. Then get yourself a haircut, and get one AT LEAST every other week. I get mine once a week.(I know a guy that gets his down 3 times a week.) Then save up some money, and buy a decent car. It doesn't have to be a super nice sports car, but no chicks dig being driven around in a bucket. Also KEEP IT CLEAN. Wash it a minimum of once a week. Then go out, and find chicks to talk to. Cuties like knowing that they are cuties. Let them know by giving them some attention, talking to them every chance you get, and listening to them. If you follow by above plans, you WILL PULL CHICKS. No matter how ugly you are, or think you are, if you put the effort into my plan you will find a girl that thinks are you cute and good boyfriend material. Think I'm full of it? Give my plan a try for a few months and see. What do you have to lose? You will be in good shape, look better, and feel better about yourself. If you are willing to put in the effort to do what I listed, you will find a chick. I guarentee it. I do not understand how people can have such trouble getting girls. Even ugly dudes can look like, and be, great boyfriend material. You just need to show that you take care of yourself and your belongings extremely well. Pussy will follow. Anyone going to be in or around Munich for Oktoberfest this year? If so I highly suggest you go. I can't afford a trip right now, but I went to it a few years ago and it was one of the best weekends in my life. Great food, great atmosphere, great beer, and beautiful women.
