"Snail-speed" or not, the child could have fallen and sustained serious injuries. A small child falling off from even that hight could easily land on her head. Fucking STUPID thing to do with a THREE YEAR OLD! I would have grabbed the kid off the car and called the cops. That woman should not be allowed to take care of children, she is obviously not responsible enough to handle it.

I am all for "to each his own". But you should definitely consider what you(and maybe even others) will think of that when you are 40 years old. Picture yourself getting out of the shower at that age and seeing it. I'm not saying that I think it is a bad idea, I'm just saying that tattoos of that sort are the ones I most hear people complaining about.(wishing they didn't get it) If you think you would still like it years from now then go for it. If you have even a tiny bit of doubt then I would wait on the idea, and see if you still want in 12 months from now.

I smile and laugh pretty much all day every day. If you don't then you seriously need to sort your life out. I love what I do, I love who I am with, and I love myself. A pill is not your answer. Stop being a lazy fucking asshat. Figure out what is wrong, then come up with and implement solutions to the problem. If you need more stimuli get yourself some good hobbies, and a good career that you enjoy. If you are ever bored, you don't need a pill, you need to get off your fucking ass and do something that you like. If you don't have a job that you enjoy going to, then get off your fucking lazy ass and get into a career field that you like. Too many people, especially in America, turn to outside shit to solve their problems for them. If you aren't physically or mentally retarded you have already been given everything you could possibly need in life to succeed and enjoy every minute you are given. If you aren't succeeding, enjoying yourself, and keeping it at a consistent level -- GET OFF YOUR LAZY FUCKING ASS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
