Yeah if he was still alive at that point moving him was a bad idea. This video is a perfect example of why you should always use the right tool for the job. A chainsaw could have easily prevented this. They could have notched the pole and controlled where it fell. Instead they just wait for a break in traffic, then crack it with a loader... The guy also should have never taken his eyes off the pole. The supervisor and the other guy keep watching it as the loader starts to crack it, but that guy just turns his back and starts walking away. That's just asking for trouble. I did road works for a year and a half, and construction for 2. Safety is EVERYTHING. These guys broke so many rules it doesn't shock me at all that something like this happend.

How could you have NOT seen this comming. Thats like hacking into the FBI wihtout a proxy and saying "Shit, didnt see that comming" when they knock down your door... You were stealing from them, and if you were not smart enough to release/renew your IP address after using the cafe account then you deserve to have it banned. When you log into one of Steam's cafe accounts they can tell what IP is logging into it, this should have been common knowledge form the beggining(to think otherwise was just ignorance on your part). If you actually believed for one second that valve doesn't have any form of checking who uses their accounts then you deserve to have all of your accounts banned. That is just being stupid.... Valve is not a new company people. Hackers are not knew to them. They set up those safegaurds before they ever gave out the very first cafe account. I believe they even TOLD US ABOUT THEIR SAFETY MEASURES ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. When they first came up with the cafe accounts they discussed this IN PUBLIC to squash concerns of having an account stolen. They told us about the unchangeable email addresses/passwords and the IP logging. If you didn't see this crap comming from the very first news release about cafe accounts, then all I have to say is that you need to just turn off your computer, step away from it, and never turn it on again...

Yeah, it's really all up to the parents. If they call the cops or not. If they do call the cops and you get picked up, they will probably just bring you back home. Thats why I said to atleast tell her before you go, so she doesn't think you were kidnapped or something and get cops involved. Because if the cops have to go through alot of work to get you back, they will be pissed off, and there is a chance you will end up in a spot of trouble. Basically the rule is : Living under parents roof, you live by their rules. Once you're 18 they can't really make you do anything, except leave their property.

In USA, if you are under 18 you have to obey parents, and if you leave without their consent it is illegal, and they send corection officers out to arrest you.

Yeah, if you are 18+, just tell her now. Maybe you can get a little money for food ect. If you are under 18, then it's up to you, as you'll probably be getting in trouble either way. Just make sure that the trouble you get in is with her and not the law. (e.g. dont just leave without saying anything so she doesn't call the cops).
