The rest of your life, otherwise it's not stopping. Any smoker can go a while without a smoke. Even when i was heavily addicted I had no problem going for a week or more without a smoke. But you alwasy go back to them eventually. If you smoke 5 a day and truely believe that you can just perminantly stop when ever you want, chances are your only lieing to yourself.

Thats what 99% of smokers think...until they try to stop.

Easy to say for someone like you spending your money to go and pick soem up. I was selling it. Try only doing it once a month or even once a week when you have a QP sitting in your room. I'm off it now, and never going back. Same with cigarettes. I'll probably smoke weed again years from now once im out of the military. But for now, drug free is the way to be. Props to everyone else that has quit cigarettes or any drug adiction, stay strong!

^Do not call list FTW! But now its fucking election time. So I still get tons of calls about voting for some one, or for some proposition. I think the do not call list should stop them too. Anyone know if they are breaking any laws by calling people on the do not call list, or do political calls not count? Is there a list i can put my number on to stop political calls? They only happen during election times for about a month, but they still rage me.

Get AVG. It's free and the best in my opinion. Updates often, and the updates litteraly take two clicks to check for, download and install. (three clicks if you count hitting OK once its done) I used to use Norton and other big name brand expencive ones. Then my brother got me to AVG, and i'm never using a different one form now on. Can always remove it if you like a different one better. Windows and Linux versions available.

I thought it was good. Alot better than I was originaly expecting it to be. SPOILER!!!! Especially the ending, I was waiting for the flick to wrap up, then BOOM! Every one gets shot one after another. Firts movie I've seen in a while where everyone dies. (Except the main cop, and the cop that shoots Matt Damon at the very end)

I was talking about when i quit doing coke. Cigs made me feel like shit for a few days, and my appetite when crazy. But they were equal in the amount of addiction. I wanted to smoke a cigarette more than anything, and i STILL fight it on a dialy basis. Now (after have quit both for a long time) its alot easier to stay off of coke than cigarettes. Cigarettes are everywhere, and when you only need one they're always free. All it takes to relapse is one little sentence, "hey bro, can I bum a smoke?" It's they're availability that makes them so hard to stay off of. Coke was the worst physically, making me puke/fevers ect. as i said. Cigs were bad too, had horrible head aches and my whole body felt like shit. Its the mental addiction to smoke cigarettes, and they'er availability that makes it probably the hardest drug to get off of in the world. I would put nicotine as a much harder drug to get off of that cocain or crystal. Never tried herione, so I can't comment on that.

^^^ If your not a smoker don't comment. Your just making yourself look ignorant. Nicotine is one of the most addictive drugs known to man. That comment is like saying "if your addicted to coke your weak, for not baing able to magically 'break' your addiction." I'm an ex coke head, ex smoker, and ex pot smoker. I know more about adictions than any human should ever have to. You can't just 'stop' smoking, your body will not let you. When i first quit my body went nuts on me. Making me puke constantly, fevers, headaches, ect. Has nothing to do with 'weakness'. Its an addictive drug that your body loves, and never wants to be without. Give it a try before you go calling people weak. P.S - No, smoking a few when your drunk or high does not count as being a smoker. When i mean give it a try, i mean star to be a smoker, then try to quit. We'll see whos views change, lol. EDIT: After re-reading my post it seems kind of harsh, sorry. Wasn't trying to talk shit or anything, just wanted to point out that being addicted to a drug has nothign to do with weakness.
