The debate on homosexual marriage is not about basic rights. You do not need to be married to be happy. It is a semantic argument and a waste of money. You do not have a right to be married to someone. If you are married someone then you share specific rights with your spouse, you do not gain any new rights. The battle for gay marriage is an effort in stupidity. Gays should take their civil unions and be happy. Now, many queers will quote some crap about separate but equal rulings from the 60's or some shit like that. DOES NOT APPLY. The rights conferred to participants of civil unions are exactly the same as those conferred to married couples, the difference is in name only. There is no separate but equal problem here because there is no room for differentiation between the two as in the racial issues of the mid-1900's. The papers that you file are processed by some computer, there is relatively little human input at all and so there is relatively little room for bias against a particular population. What it comes down to is that Bible-belt Republicans need a rallying cry and ***gots are all too willing to play the part. It is a non-issue being made into an issue by people who want power or people who are too stupid to see that it doesn't matter. There is no point behind gay marriage. Winning this battle will not help with discrimination against gays. PS - the saying about the government fearing its citizens is not from V for Vendetta. It is a basic tenet of all democracies. The people hold the power, not the state.

The United State's government should fear the United States citizens, not the other way around. When you vote this November, try to remember one thing: none of those fucks currently in office are representing you. Every incumbent gets voted out by me every single election unless I am thorougly convinced that they are representing my interests. I suggest most of you who can vote do the same. A person who wants to buy this account wants to buy it for his guild. Most guilds will realize it is easier to just have a guy play his alt warrior and switch it to his main and gear him out in BWL/AQ40/Naxx instead of having someone buy a tier 2.5 warrior.
