I've got a steam ban, as you probably guessed when you saw the title, and i'm wondering what the easiest way to start playing steam games again would be without buying them and creating a new account. If anyone would be so nice to hand over a copy of vac2off, i'd be happy to reward them with admin on my CS:S server, but i doubt that'll happen. So...your thoughts..?

ey i'm a server owner and i'm wondering if there's a script or a command to make a player on teh server say something..for example if i wanted a player to say "I'm a fucking jerk" from my computer how would i do that? Mani let's you do simple stuff like making all players say "hi" but nothing major...so any ideas?
