If you upload it to the public folder, anyone on the server can spawn it. If you don't select that folder. It uploads it to a folder labeled your steamid. so only you can spawn it. It should spawn with the multicoloured trials. it saved them for me

their addon is broken if it does that. try another serv

Well if you are an admin and the server has mani admin plugin you can still fuck everyone up. When the code was released it was for clients who could gain the rcon password when the sever had cheats enabled and pretty much become an admin. It would then run commands off an entity so it wasn't tracable back to you.
