This is a funny little trick i found yesterday. Set you name to fake space. (ALT+0160) Join a game. Remove the welcome message now dont join ANY team. not even spectators. Hold down tab. press ctrl. Release tab. press tab 3 times. Walla, you're spectating, but you're not in the score list what so ever. If you had joined as a spectator, it would say Spectators(1) and your cover is blown. Use this to spam voice annoys againts dumb players or on cheats servers to make explosive barrels. !player is all players or the player who activated the command. perhaps you could play around somehow to make it only give you hp. but would require alot of messing around. I may look into it

It sets the name of the enitity directly under the crosshair to bang It then runs the break command off bang. It's just because you need to name all entities you want to run a command off. If you did just prop_physics break all prop_physics would dissapear or explode if they are barrels. You can't add health specificly to yourself unless a friend runs ent_setname name on you.

Download hammer, make the entity you want to run commands from. press ctrl+enter. click help and see what commands it can run. also yep !picker doesnt do anything. dunno how you get object ID

Is there even a hack that sets the cheats to 1 when its 0? I know there is a cheats bypass for clientside cheats like wireframe. but thats it

I noticed the server is now printing what ip is using the rcon commands. If you're security safe just use the ent_fire command command string instead of rcon. That doesn't print your IP. Also wtf? I was on a server using a blank name, and someone called me by my steam friends name.
