Because the script version of a voice annoy player needs you to have a .wav file named "voice_input" it can't do what your thinking. HLSS was built exactly for what you're asking. HLSS is amazingly simple, but if you insist it's a pile of shit then you can do this the long and hard way. (I know this way sucks, it's slow, annoying and generally retarded but he asked for a way without HLSS.) This is how I did it before I found HLSS. Normaly your voice annoy script is set up like- //=========Voice Annoy alias extoggle exon alias exon "voice_inputfromfile 1; voice_loopback 1; +voicerecord; alias extoggle exoff" alias exoff "-voicerecord; voice_inputfromfile 0; voice_loopback 0; alias extoggle exon" bind kp_pgdn "extoggle" As you can see, the file name must be voice_input. Back when I used to use this, I always played in a windowed mode (I still do). This allowed me to keep the folder path "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\acc_name_here\counter-strike source" open at all times. If you don't know already, this is the path in which you keep all your .wav files. For example, say I was playing the VA "Do you want to here the most annoying sound in the world? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Now lets says I want to switch to a new VA. I would press the key I bound it to tell it to stop, press ESC and click on my backround folder with all the VA's. I would find the file called voice_input.wav and rename it to some thing easy to remember. I would then find my new VA, say "Can you here me now.wav" and rename it to voice_input. After all that is all said and done, I minimize that window and click on the css window click resume game and press my va key to start the new sounds. That whole procces used to take me about 8-12 seconds at tops. It's a pain in the ass and makes raging less fun for the rager, but if you hate HLSS so much, have fun with this then.

Asking if an admin is around is dumb. Once you do that, they will know somethings fishy. (That is if they're not total tards.) If your not strapped for time, do annoying stuff that isn't really worth banning over. Do something like standing in a door way for like 10 seconds holding a chunk of your team up. Act like a total newbie, ask tons of retard questions like "WtF h0w d0 1 R3lods lol butsc3hs" The eye sore spelling is optional. When someone is camping on your team, use the chat that both teams can see and say something like "Hey can I camp with you in the east courtyard behind the crate so we can suprise the enemy!" That one is pretty amusing. The point here is, by doing simple tests you can easily find if an admin is there. I'm sure my way of doin is the long ass way to do it, but I find it equally enjoyable pissing people off when testing for admins as I do when I rage them. (or at least try to rage)

If you're like me then, you may have the "realtek HD audio drivers" decent quality but because of the way it works it confuses fraps. If that's the the case, your pretty much fucked. Or maybe you just have the audio record settings to audio line in. Make sure it's recording the output audio.

Maybe if you were more specific about your question, people wouldn't have to try and read your mind. 1. Is this VA self created? 2. If you created it, what did you use to record it, how long did you record it and, what file type did you save it as? 3. Did you even bother to google something remotely related to your problem? For example, you could have tried "Sound Editing software" or even better, add the word "Free" somewhere in it. If you could do any of those three, it would most likely increase the response time. Also, do a quick test by playing the VA in windows media player or whatever you use and see how long it is. Maybe it's only 13 seconds long and not 2 minutes?

Might I ask the server name? I saw in your post that you change it every so often to screw with the clan members. Isn't there some variable that doesn't change that I could look for? (I don't have ventrillo, or irc.)

Here's the deal, for some unknown reason when I record with fraps, it won't record the ingame sound. At first, I thought maybe it was the program (I know, unlikely) so I redownloaded it off fraps.com and reinstalled it. Alas, no sound in the files I recorded. I tried recording on several different games, same effect. So now I started to suspect my pc's audio components. I assume this because my old pc didn't have the same audio drivers as this computer and it worked perfectly. The one bad thing about fraps is you either have to choose the option (Detect best sound input, or use windows input "that means a microphone or some thing") Since I'm trying to record sound from ingame I obviously opt for "detect best sound input" When I do this, it displays that it has chosen "Realtek HD Digital input". Now that I have the suspected audio driver I tested it by downloading several other video/sound recorders. Same problem as before... Does anyone else have these type of audio components/drivers, have you had the same problem? If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it. I like my recordings with sound!!!:O_o:

I know of the video on youtube, here After it fully loads just pop it out of your temp internet files and record the sound. As far as the the one on ytmnd it sounded decent to me. Then again, I only have CSS and not really up to par speakers so I am unable to properly test these sounds.

Awesome VA! :cool: I've made three versions of the one I got here so far, Original/Super speed/Super Slow. Each one more annoying than the last.

I would say something like, "Valve has sent me a message that "player name" has suspicious activities going on in the data being sent from said client to the server. Please allow me to verify your are the true owner of this account. I will need your steam account name and password so that valve can check this out and you can be on your way." It's doubtfull that alot of people would fall for that, but you know... At least half are retarded, and the others being a mix breed of ignorant cocks, racist mofos, know it all dicks, and the rest.:sly:
