ok so i got this cheap computer that was loaded with ads and worthless shit. i want to do a reinstall of it with a normal xp disc (media centre). so i looked on the hp/compaq site for drivers. this is all i found http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=3300335&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=6&submit.x=7&lang=en&cc=us no video, sound, network etc drivers. now if i did a reinstall im guessing the devices would not work :( if i ordered a disc from them would it come with all the ad ware?

if you are going to buy a dx9 vid card there isnt any reason to buy an expensive one. i would either wait a while after dx10 cards have been out or buy a cheaper card. the only reason to buy an expensive vid card is so that you can run all the games out right now and all the games that are to come out. but with dx10 coming you wont be able to run them with that card. cheaper cards will be able to run the games out now so gg. and 2 gbs of ram is a must
