these are not sprites which i downloaded from a server when conecting to a map as such everybody has them i think they are like spray decals if im guessing how can i move this post into another place?

does anybody know how to get rid of these adverts in counter strike of their upcoming releases i mean they ruined the game enough now they want us to leave games to buy more can anything be done?
