And the UK... my brother passed his test alright, but he's such a shit driver i feel so ashamed everytime im in the car with him. He shows no concern for his safety, his car, or the safety of other people on the road. Hes a wanker tbh.

Optimistic eh? Optimistic to me would suggest he hopes that the game lives up to his expectations, seeing as he hasn't played it himself. Now from his post, he's already made up his mind that GTA 4 is going to be "the second best game of the year", so there's no room for optimism. So why have you taken it upon yourself to claim this game is going to be the second best game of the year, when (shock horror) it's not even half way through the year yet, nor have you played the game yourself?
