I see... so why do people drink it then? I'm not a huge coffee drinker and dont really see the appeal, and if its a quick fix with a downfall of feeling worse afterwards, whats the point?

I know its possible to sugar crash if you pig out on sweet stuff for a boost of energy... But is it possible to crash from drinking a couple of strong coffees? Reason being, i was seriously lacking in energy this morning, so i had a few strong coffees, which had a slight affect on me... made me feel a bit wide eyed etc... but now i feel 10x worse than i did previously and feel like i could do with a big sleep... So yeah... is it possible?
