I would much rather glance at a player list for 5 seconds and know what's up or have a program tell me than wait a couple minutes to go into a server just to ge tbanned almost immediatly

Really you shouldn't be at all concerned about this unless the server tells you to change it to 0. Changing it to 0 should only matter otherwise if you intend to take over a server where it is turned on to block certain commands like alias.

Is their anyway to tell if their is currently an admin online in a CS:S server or if they have votekick/ban on? It's kind of annoying getting kicked as soon as they see I'm gonna try to rage them =/
