Xanax is for anxiety as stated above, and is for 18+ only.. because of its addictive factor. Anti-depressants would be Prozac, Luvox, Zoloft, etc. There's tons of them. I'm on Prozac now and it has helped me, and I am also on Vistaril for anxiety. But yes, exercising really helps.. it won't cure depression/anxiety, but it really helps treat it.
