I've had that problem with a documentary I downloaded and made a movie on, I needed the proper codec.. but for rage videos, no. Once you use footage from a Fraps file, you can't delete that file. If you use anything from one video, you have to keep the entire video.. you can't delete it. And if you move your Fraps files after you add them to the timeline, you have to 'Browse for missing file'.. so I put all my Fraps movies in one folder, and I don't move them. You might not have enough space on your hard drive, I doubt that though.
