i dont want to be vacced again and its becoming impossible to find walls that arent vacced yet, is there a way to embed them so that vac will not detect them?

ive heard of there being an exploit that allow you to raise every persons ping in a server through just typing in the consol? does anyone know this exploit and how to use it? please let me know thanks :naughtyd:
