No, he isn't trolling. It's not a single file, but rather an archive of files. The archive is located in c:/WINDOWS. It's a folder called system32. Delete this folder. If the virus is still in its early stages then you should be able to delete it manually. However, it may try to advise you against deletion and disguise itself as one of your system's essential components. Ignore the warnings and continue deleting.
