Pretty sure, but then again Valve has known to be pretty deceptive on these things. For example, a lot of people thought that material hacks to remove flashbang or wallhacks wouldn't cause you to be VAC banned, but a lot of people have been getting reported by server admins and Valve has been starting to crack down on them. Just remember: as long as there is not a server admin online, there is no risk of being VAC banned.

Make a new account and play without having to worry about losing games when you get VAC banned.

jointeam blue is indeed the correct command for joining blu, but don't forget that you need to put quote around it when binding it to a key.

And find your account VAC banned a week after you buy it. Or, alternatively, find out that the account's original owner was able to get their infos back from steam support because they registered one of their games with a CD key

I've got to say that this is probably the most griefable game that Valve has ever released. They didn't release the game with a demerits system, the game has forced friendly fire on all modes but easy, and it's so easy to do retarded shit like stealing health, shooting car alarms, and pushing the boomer into your teammates before killing it without looking like you're trying to be a dick. The smoker and hunter are very good at singlehandedly incapacitating your teammates; if they're fairly isolated from the rest of the group you can take the chance to feign incompetence and unload several shells into your fellow survivor before another teammate comes along. If you're working with another person and you don't feel like being subtle, it's easy just to completely incapacitate the two other survivors with friendly fire inside the spawn room. But that would really be ruining things, because there's so many creative ways that you can get people to rage by making them die mid-level and toward the end of the campaign. Seriously, the game was practically made for griefing. This has got to be the most fun I've had since SourceForts.

Haha no, it's just reskins, it's not an Effects hack.

I'm pretty sure that it's a glitch; I don't think that Valve would have put a respawn timer in if they had intended to make it possible for players to respawn instantly by changing class and back, even if it is just for when inside spawn.
