So, some of us don't have high end systems, and well thats a bitch, since fraps seems to rape the shit out of our fps. If you want an hq vid with 30 fps SOLID ALL THE TIME, and i ensure you, frame rate will NEVER EVER DROP, well you do this. First, you record the demo of your rage, by going into console and typing "Record demoname" Then after you are done you type "stop" Now into making the movie. You wanna load up css with high settings, low res and if posible, windowed mode. go to console and type "host_framerate 30" thats the framerate of your video, change it if desired Now play your demo, and when you reach the desired part (if specific) you go to console and type "startmovie movename" The game will lag like a whore, remember to set high settings, now even tho the game is laging, the video will come out @ 30 fps, no lag at all, it may seem that is taking 2 seconds to get you 1 second output but this is all normal when you are done just type "endmovie" Go you your cstrike folder, there will be tons of image files and one sound file with the prefix of your movie name, you wanna use virtual dub to make a movie, its so easy that you choose the first image and virtual dub just automatically grabs the other 1200 then you just choose your settings and add the wav file, save as avi and you are done
