Hello there. I just wanted to know if there is a way to convert files into VTF without selecting them ingame because I often have those damn "File is corrupt" errors. I edited a file with Photoshop to make it transparent but it says whatever I do that the file is fucking corrupt and I didn't find any help on google so I thought someone here is smarter than me and could help me. Thanks ph0ne I also wanted to know that. But it seems it doesn't work for me. I deleted it, started HLSS then the game, joined a server and pressed the togglewav key but I can't hear anything. Yes, voicechat was enabled on the server. Did I forget anything? :repost:

First at all: Thank you very much for those animated sprays. But I got a little problem. I can't get them work for tf2. I put them in both folders, logos and UI. vmt and vtf. I can see them ingame and they are working too but nobody else can see it. Anyone knows where the problem could be ? ^^
