the amount of things you can do in servers that have cheats on is incomprehensable. The main thing i would do is, make sure the server is deticated, then use ent_create to spawn a console command entity and have it change the rcon password, then promtly ban any admins on and fux with whatever you'd like...

last time i checked there was a 2-3 second delay between chat posts... you need a 1337 hax to get around it... not some console bind.

if you can't find the right program, just use sv_steamid and set it to the numbers you want behind the second collan.
