frist open up cmd then type ipconfig /release then a ting will pop up saying internet unpluged orsomtin like that and dubble click it then go to details then go to TCP/IP and dubble click then click chose use the following, type random shit as new ip then press tab click ok then ok on the other thing..... then reopen it go to tcp thing and use optian ip automaticly click ok then ok agin wait 30 secs bam new ip iv ben baned over 45 times on 1ventrilo server
