    Bypassing the mute? (HLSS related)

    I'm unsure if this has been asked prior, and if it has, feel free to link me to it and simply close this topic. I've heard that people are able to bypass being muted in TF2, CSS, etc. so they can continue to mic spam. Any truth to this at all? I've heard it had something to do with having a non-ASCII name. Examples of such? I await an answer, and thank you in advance. :wow:
