I dunno, but test this out, I found this out through a school network: Go to Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings and Uncheck Proxy Server, what I found out is if it works, you should be able to browse without using the college's network filter. I dunno, I just did this to my senior high school to browse myg0t when I'm bored there because myg0t is blocked by the school's filter for being a gaming site. Try it and see, if not, go with v0dka and use those proxies.
