Being a mats hack, no it wouldn't be able to, as has already been stated. Furthermore, If you notice, the spy actually has his revolver out. Unless he is cloaked as a spy.. which is quite unlikely, he is uncloaked. But being that it is a mats modification, we already know that it is an uncloaked spy.

You know that you bumped this by 9 days, right? Furthermore, the command was patched.. in TF2 at least, so more than likely it'll be patched (if not already, then soon) for DOD:S
