My virus scanner says that that thing is a trojan, but I know that virus scanners usually say that stuff like torrents and hacks are viruses, but I dunno about that one. Can anyone confirm that it's safe? Can I open it somehow without actually running it?

I have basically 0 experience with hacking, and I want to get the RCon password of a server so I can mess with them a little bit. RCon, or HSLW, is what I'm going to use to give myself admin and ban this one admin that is a real asshole. The game is Garry's Mod, and it is a HL2 Mod.
