1) Goto http://SteamOnlineTournament.tk
2) Log in
3) Log in again (it is a bug in their system, it should be fixed soon)
4) Go onto the steam forums
5) Look in the community section for the forum called Online Tournament
6) READ IT, ITS FUCKIN HILLARIOUS!!!!
