There's a program that does similar to that, it's called Deep Freeze, and it basicly just restores an image of whatever you had installed last. It is bypassable but it's more difficult for installing ur loggers and rats on those systems then cuz before reboot it'll format to the original image. There's also down sides to it aswell but usually you can sort that out with servers and communication lines to those servers with MySQL DB's.
