They still feel most things, apparantly...they just can't differentiate between hot and cold, or feel pain...apparantly they CAN feel pressure, and such, so shit like fucking will still work...they just couldn't tell when it's time to pull out the KY. Nonetheless, the fact that 50% of the people with Riley Day syndrome die before making it to their 15th birthday, due to accidents (the disease is secondary to cause of death...most of them apparantly die of physical shock and/or accumulated damage due to injuries being exacerbated by slow diagnosis, since they don't know they're hurt) shows pretty clearly that the disease is NOT an easy thing to survive with.

raging w/o hacks is easy...TK TD obnoxious sprays, obnoxious names mic spamming, text spamming, and siezing server admin all work great.

There's a disease, genetically passed, called "Riley-Day" syndrome. I dunno if this article is about it, since I didn't bother reading it, but it sounds possible...about 1 in 350 million people get it, mostly Hasidic Jews. Anyhow, this "disease" causes them to be unable to feel pain, to tell the difference between hot and cold, they often are unable to produce tears, sweat at improper times, and get nauseous for no reason. This is NOT a good thing, just on the pain issue...50% of the people that have it don't make it to age 15...because the body STILL goes into shock, despite them not feeling the damage, and because they often make an injury WORSE long before they recognize the fact that they are injured. Imagine not feeling a THING when you bust your femur...so you try to get up, which shatters it, whch pushes a shard of bone through the femoral artery, which causes you to bleed to death internally within 3 minutes...while still trying to figure out why your fucking leg folded, because you didn't feel anything?

All spiders can spin webs, and there are NO "deadly" tarantulas...poisonous, yes...painful bite, yes, but tarantulas are not deadly to anyone but LITTLE kids and sick old people...anyone else bitten by one hurts a bunch, and MIGHT get "fluish" Also...according to the entomology prof at U. Washington, Tarantulas may build webs in holes in the bark in trees (some types, anyhow), and DO use webing in constructing their burrows in the ground, in US varieties, but they don't use their webbing to trap or keep their prey, and lack the organ to produce the "super sticky" enzyme used to create "trapping threads" in a web...therefore, there could not have been any "pieces of flesh discovered wrapped up in the webs of tarantulas"

Neat sayings
An elephant is a mouse built to government specifications A man should live forever, or die trying There are those who say it's better to be a dead lion than a live jackal...I prefer to be a live lion, which puts me outside their rules. Those who deny that the state has a right to employ armed agents, such as police, to protect their population should enjoy no right to protection themselves from such sources. This pertains to pacifists, libertarians, and anarchists, equally. Shooting at a person of these classes should be, at most, a misdemeanor, unless the State deigns to place them on the "endangered" list. However, you must take care when shooting at the anarchists...they tend to be surly cumudgeons, and often shoot back.

For those trying to sniff .txt. logs
LOL Butt...yes you can play HL on linux...you need wine-x to do it stably, though...and yuo have to import a bunch of .dll files, and link them to the linux shortcut...but there's a tutorial on how to do it on wine-x's website.

fyi: ecstasydata pill testing is back
I think what drunkula is referring to is "tar buildup" phenomena with pot useage... and X doesn't "burn out" any transmitters...worst case scenario they can PROVE so far for actual MDMA is that regular use sets a "pattern" for the neurochemical producers, so your body/brain will "offset" the artificial stimulation, by NOT producing the amounts of serotonin it should at the times it's used to rolling, and will OVERPRODUCE at the times it's used to havng a deficit, but discard it instead of storing it, when it doesn't recieve the proper signals to release it. Like the rest of the body, the brain has an adjustable metabolism, and adapts to any regular cyclic change (or at least tries to), and in this case, the brain ends up reacting to the natural "happy chemicals" the same way a fat kid who regularly crash diets has his body react to that...the fat kid will discover that pattern dieting somehow makes it so he doesn't lose ANY weight when dieting anymore, but he GAINS weight in the non-dieting times...if you starve the brain for serotonin regularly, and glut it on it regularly, it eventually picks up on the pattern, and tries to adapt and balance.

lol...not like I usually have need of a trojan horse, either...but you asked specifically about keylogging and remote loggers that will send back info...if you can't dig up a remote logger on your own, a trojan is probably the easiest way to do it.... otherwise, jam them up with a standard non-remote logger, and trigger the logfile to dump manually, with your l33t manual hacking skills, mate...that's the "old school" method

Help me with this.
most trojans have a keylogging feature that will send it back to your client...some keyloggers out there (I think evileye has one) will do exactly what you're asking...google is about all I can suggest...

Steam CAN'T update for this, guys. I've gotten alot of this sort of stuff...for you newbies...forget it! Learn WHAT you are doing, and if you're having a techincal issue, I MIGHT fucking help you, but I'm not going to give you a step by fucking step tutorial on how to do something when you don't have a clue as to WHAT you are doing, just what you might get out of it. Ethereal is a packet sniffer...it captures all packets that go in or out of your NIC when turned on...if you look at the packets coming from the server to your comp, those packets hold information FROM THE SERVER (duh)...some of that information is the logfile, which you can't open while it's on your machine, but it is CAPTURED by the program, to be opened at your leisure. Learn to identify the proper packets, and hunt through them until you find the info you want...

Stealing Passwords
all you want is a basic keylogger...google one up, they're all over the place. most trojans have one embedded, so you *could* build a passworded server with optixpro from http://www.evileyesoftware.com , infect yourself, turn on keylogger, and be patient.. once you have what you want logged, it's simple enough to uninfect yourself...use client to connect to server on 127.0.0.0 and under server options, choose "kill server"

Depends on the state...which you wuld know if you knew anything ABOUT law...traffic laws are all state mandated, within relatively minor guidelines under federal law.

IP Addresses
yes...if he actually knows how...my point was IP address alone is pretty much worthless.
-
dam got a virus
hook, that's exactly what the msblaster worm did...did you patch against it? there ARE some versions still out there "in the wild", which crash RCP services, causing repeated shutdowns whenever the machine is online.

IP Addresses
LOL Ok, I'm gonna be a sucker and answer this seriously...lol IP address is the logical address representing your machine and ONLY your machine online (assuming you're direct-to-internet, and not behind a router on a private network) IP address is needed by anyone intending to attack your machine directly, so they can "find" and "identify" the machine online. It's "public info", and is not even as dangerous as someone having the address to your house, generally speaking...so what? they know how to identify your machine? NOW...IF, and this is a BIG if...IF they know how to port scan (simple enough) AND they have your IP, they can scan your machine, discover what OS you're running, tell what services you're running, some of the programs you're running, and so on. With this information, they can start running expoits to invade your machine IF they know how. OR, once they have the OS and IP, they can start running scriptkiddy exploit programs, or DDoS attacks on the IP (the most basic DDoS attacks don't require knowing the OS...but they DO require having access to a few other things that aren't all that common) At any rate...just because someone has your IP is no reason to worry...unless they know what they're doing, having the IP is next to worthless. As a side laugh, VonDoitch posted one of mine on his yahoo hacking site almost two months ago...I run almost entirely unprotected, yet I havent' had a single successful attack run on me :)

puzzle for psychobud
just glanced here...been offline a couple days. a^2 + b^2 = c^2 hypotenuse on second is longer, height shorter... 1/2 BXh = area... since the base is enough "wider" on the second to exceed the reduction in height, area is 1 unit larger.

Insurnace Help
you'll prbably end up rated sr-21 (worst insurance rating you can get...but insurance companies are required to carry a certain percentage of them)...you'll get nasty premiums, and that's about it. At 16, I was paying like $3200 a year for liability only coverage..in mid 1980's dollars...so don't feel like you're alone in it :) A side piece of advice (and a legal dodge): join triple a, take their international driving course, and get yourself an international driver's liscense...it costs like $75 every 4 years, but it's worth it...no state agency can suspend it (takes a case in international court to do so), they can't block its renewal, and you can get out of country based coverage for insurance, as long as it matches state requirements, which is often cheaper. That's assuming you bother carrying insurance...since it's not a criminal offence not to (just a traffic violation), they can't do much to you for driving on an international liscense without insurance...they ticket you, you ignore it, they issue a summons and suspend your state liscense, you get pulled over, they try to bust you for driving without a liscense, and it can't stick....
